After years of working in high demand HR environments, our founder , Shatema Gresham recognized a critical gap: HR departments were under resourced, and qualified professionals often went unnoticed.
PTMG was built to close that gap, by providing outsourced HR expertise for organizations and personalized career guidance for job seekers. Today, we stand as a trusted partner where business goals meets human growth.
