Founder and CEO, Shatema Gresham is an Arizona native with deep roots professionally within the corporate sector. Shatema brings 20+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management with a specific skill in identifying workplace challenges in processes while creating attainable solutions.

Her PTMG brand has grown exponentially since its inception in 2020 with various clients within a wide range industries and sectors. In addition to overseeing all services provided by PTMG she is also the Co-host for Let's Talk About It Podcast which focus on engaging authentic conversations with the local community change agents.  She also serves as the VP of Membership and Professional Development for a non-profit, called The Black HR Society. Which focuses equitable employment and eradicating racism in the workplace.  In her spare time you can find Shatema participating in her passions of mentoring, developing new leaders and helping job seekers secure their next position.
